Yesterday I caught some of Tony Adams’ appearance on Radio 4’s Desert Island Disks. He was quite an interesting bloke. The more he talked about his alcohol problems the more guilty I felt about some of the chants I’d delivered at him (along with a few thousand others).
Sorry Tony.
You were going through a tough time and I should have been more sensitive to this.
