After an evening of Kebabs and a day of off-roading, car testing and extreme sport as described in part 1 it was time to go out and relax around Manchester.
Dinner was had in Timperly somewhere with a few beers and wine. Tram into Manchester and then a nice trendy bar in Piccadilly square. Not sure who made the decision to start on cocktails and wine – but such is our age. I have to say the bloody Mary’s I drank were fantastic.
Then off to a massive disco and bar complex where Disco Stu put in an appearance followed shortly after by Elvis.
Dave then became so bleary eyed that he lost his jacket and tried to nut me.
So we nipped off to Rusholme for a quick curry.
